;Error 1<\/strong>: Mismatch between sold and purchased quantity<\/p>\n

Error 2<\/strong>: Mismatch in stock shows in Stock-Report and sales screen. Sales screen accepts products greater or less than as in stock reports.
\nThis rarely happens because of some unknown reasons or if you try to manually update the stock in the database.<\/p>\n

Solution 1:<\/span><\/h1>\n

NOTE<\/span>:<\/strong> You must have the role of admin for this to work.

\n<\/em>Step 1:<\/strong> Go to this URL  www.your-pos-website.com\/reports\/product-stock-details
\n<\/em>Step 2:<\/strong> IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/span>: Select the business location and press search button. It will show the list of products for which there is a mismatch.
\nStep 3:<\/strong> IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/span>: Click on Fix<\/strong> button for each product.

Solution 2:<\/span><\/h1>\n

If the solution 1 didn\u2019t work, follow this Solution 2.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to List Products screen, click the Actions<\/strong> button of that particular product.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Select the \u2018Product Stock History<\/strong>\u2018 option. It will direct to Product Stock History screen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> In the Product Stock History, <\/strong>select the particular location where the mismatch error occurs and the particular variation of the product (only if it is a variable product).<\/p>\n
