Xodox POS allows you to add different units for products.<\/p>\n<h2  class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\"><span id=\"Adding-Units\">Adding Units<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Products -&gt; Units<\/li>\n<li>Give the unit name, a short name, and choose if want the unit to allow decimals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Example:<br \/>\n<strong>Name<\/strong>: Meter<br \/>\n<strong>Shortname<\/strong>: Mtr.<br \/>\n<strong>Allow Decimal<\/strong>: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Allowing decimal allows you to purchase\/Sell the product in decimal and vice-versa.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\"><span id=\"Multiple-Units\">Multiple Units:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This can be useful if you purchase products in a different unit and sell it in a different unit.<\/p>\n<p>For example: Purchase in dozens and sell in pieces.<br \/>\nOr purchase in boxes and sell in pieces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the lower unit from Add Unit Screen. All purchases\/sales get saved in the lower unit (pieces in the above example).
