To add a \u201cCustomer Group\u201d&nbsp;go to Contacts -&gt; Customer Groups &amp; Click on \u201cAdd\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p>2. It will show a popup asking for customer group name &amp; Calculation Percentage.<br \/>\nCalculation percentage is used to calculate selling price.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Suppose if the Selling Price set for a product Product1 is $200<br \/>\n\u2013 Customer Group Name = Friend<br \/>\nCalculation Percentage = -20<br \/>\n\u2013 <strong>Note<\/strong>: -20 (notice a minus sign) or you may set it 20 = +20%<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 And you have created a customer with Harry with Customer Group assigned as Friend.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Now go to pos or Sell screen. Select the customer Harry and add the product1.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You will notice that the selling price set for the product1 will be 200-20% = $160<\/p>\n<p>This is how customer Group works.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Group does an internal calculation and applied the calculation percentage to the selling price.
