Tax Rates<\/span><\/h1>\n

  1. To add new tax go to Settings -> Tax Rates -> Add<\/li>\n
  2. Add a descriptive name (eg: \u201cVAT@5%\u201d) and specify the \u201cTax Rate%\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tax Groups<\/span><\/h1>\n
      \n
    1. Sometime you will need to apply multiple taxes to an invoice or purchase. So you should create tax groups by combining multiple taxes.<\/li>\n
    2. To add a Tax Group \u2013 Click on Add Button, Give a meaningful name, select the tax you want to use in this tax group.<\/li>\n
    3. The tax rate of tax group will be the sum of tax rates of Sub-taxes added.<\/li>\n
    4. If sub-tax is edited the corresponding tax group\u2019s tax rate will also get updated accordingly.<\/li>\n
    5. You cannot delete a Tax if it is used in a Tax Group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Disable Tax<\/span><\/h1>\n

      1. Don\u2019t add Tax Rates in settings<\/li>\n
      2. Go to Settings \u2013 Business Settings.\n
          \n
        1. Uncheck \u201cEnable inline tax in <\/strong>purchase and sell<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
        2. Uncheck \u201cEnable Price & Tax info<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
        3. Select \u201cDefault Sale Tax<\/strong>\u201d as None<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
