Goals Tracking is feature in Xodox CRM to track goals.<\/p>\n

Available goals tracking:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Achieve Total Income (Income will be calculated in your base currency (not converted)<\/li>\n
  2. Convert X Leads<\/li>\n
  3. Increase Customer Number (Leads Conversion is Excluded)<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Increase Customer Number (Leads Conversions is Included)<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Make Contracts By Type (Is calculated from the date added to database)<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Make Contracts By Type (Is calculated from the contract start date)<\/b><\/li>\n
  7. X Estimates Conversion (Will be taken only estimates who will be converted to invoices)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Setup New Goal<\/a><\/h4>\n

    To setup new goal go to Utilities -> Goals Tracking<\/strong> and click on the button New Goal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    • Subject \u2013 This field is for your own purpose. Set subject so you can easily recognize your goals.<\/li>\n
    • Goal Type \u2013 Goal types are explained above this article.<\/li>\n
    • Achievement \u2013 Eq. If is goal type is Convert X Leads<\/b>. This is is the total number of lead to convert so this goal can be achieved. Achievement field also can be and amount when setting goal type Achieve Total Income<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    • Start Date \u2013 When calculation achievement for this goal start.<\/li>\n
    • End Date \u2013 When calculation achievement for this goal end.<\/li>\n
    • Description \u2013 Description is for your own purposes.<\/li>\n
    • Notify staff members when goal achieve \u2013 Do you want to notify all staff members when this goal achieve.<\/li>\n
    • Notify staff members when goal failed to achieve- Do you want to notify all staff members when this goal failed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      You need to have cron job setup if you want staff members to be notified about this goal result.<\/div>\n

      May happen goal to be achieved but the staff members are not notified yet becuase of the cron. The cron is running every 5 minutes. Meanwhile you have option to notify the staff members manually about this goal.<\/p>\n
