{"id":1629,"date":"2024-11-22T15:27:01","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T15:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.xodox.in\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=1629"},"modified":"2024-11-25T15:21:05","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T15:21:05","password":"","slug":"tax-rates","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.xodox.in\/pt\/docs\/tax-rates\/","title":{"rendered":"Tax Rates"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<h4 id=\"create-new-tax\"><strong>Create new tax<\/strong><a class=\"anchorlink dashicons-before\" href=\"#create-new-tax\"><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Xodox CRM gives you the ability to add unlimited tax rates on your invoices\/estimates\/proposals etc..<\/p>\n<p>You can add new tax rates by&nbsp;followig the steps below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to Setup-&gt;Finance-&gt;Tax Rates.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the top left button <strong>New Tax<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter tax name<\/li>\n<li>Enter tax rate<\/li>\n<li>Click Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tax you created will be available in the dropdown for each item.<\/p>\n<div class=\"st-alert st-alert-info\">When updating tax and this tax is already applied on item the tax information wont be changed.<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"hide-tax-per-item\"><strong>Hide tax per item<\/strong><a class=\"anchorlink dashicons-before\" href=\"#hide-tax-per-item\"><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Xodox CRM by default shows tax per item, there is option to turn this off and all the taxes will be calculated on the bottom of the invoice\/estimate.<\/p>\n<p>Note that when you add your invoice\/estimate items <strong>you will still need to add the item taxes<\/strong> to get the desired calculations.
