On the right side, the found information will be auto-filled. You can adjust according to your needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status\u00a0\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0By default, the draft status will be auto-selected. Note that proposals with draft status are not visible to customers, also the proposal \u201cOpen\u201d status means that is open for the customer to make actions e.q. accept or decline the proposal<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open Till<\/strong> \u2013 The date when the proposal will stay open and the user can take actions (Accept\/Decline) \u2013 Go to <strong>Setup-&gt;Settings-&gt;Finance-&gt;Proposal<\/strong> to set <strong>Proposal due after<\/strong> to auto to populate this field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency<\/strong> \u2013 When creating a proposal to lead you are allowed to add any currency you need otherwise if you are creating a proposal for a customer the system base <a href=\"https:\/\/help.xodox.in\/pt\/docs\/currencies\/\">currency <\/a>will be used or the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.xodox.in\/pt\/docs\/currencies\/\">customer currency<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Allow Comments \u2013 If this field is unchecked the user won\u2019t be able to comment on the proposal ex.
