Invoicing project is recomended to do only from the project area via the Invoice Project button on the top right side to keep track of all invoices created for\u00a0the project.<\/p>\n

Project Invoice Info<\/h4>\n

There is 3 types of how the invoice items will be structure when invoicing the project.<\/p>\n

  1. Single Line \u2013 Not applied if project Billing Type is Task Hours<\/strong>\n

    1. Item name:<\/b> Project name<\/li>\n
    2. Description:<\/b> All tasks + total logged time per task<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Task Per Item \u2013 All billable tasks per item \u2013\u00a0(Not applied if Billing type is Fixed Cost)<\/strong>\n

      1. Item name:<\/b> Project name + Task name<\/li>\n
      2. Description:<\/b> Total logged time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

          With Xodox CRM you have the ability to chose what tasks to bill when invoicing project.<\/p>\n

          To see the tasks that\u00a0will be billed click on\u00a0See tasks that will be billed on this invoice<\/strong>, you can adjust per your requirements.<\/p>\n

          If task is note complete when you click See tasks that will be on this invoice on the right side you can see a message Not Complete. Another message is auto added there with red if the task dont have any timers but you want to bill the task. Check the image below.<\/p>\n

          Tasks with future start date cannot be billed.<\/strong><\/div>\n

          Actually they can if you check them. By default the tasks with future start date wont be checked which is logical.<\/p>\n
